Grape seed oils contains oligomeric procyanidin, a potent antioxidant (50 times stronger than vitamins C and E). It has been clinically proven to provide protection against cellular and tissue damage caused by free radicals. It also contains proanthocyanidins, another group of powerful antioxidants, known to help diminish the sun's damaging effects on the skin. Grape seed oil has great moisturizing properties, it is rich in vitamins and minerals, and causes no skin irritation.
Grape seed oil contains linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid that can help strengthen and repair damaged or broken capillaries. Improves circulation and helps varicose veins, spider veins and hemorrhoids. Grape seed oil contains Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids and has high levels of Vitamin E. Strengthens the cell membranes, increases blood circulation and reduces swelling faster than any other medication. Grape seed oil provides protection against sun damage, has astringent properties, tightens and tones the skin. Beneficial for conditions such as acne, dermatitis and eczema, the linoleic acid found in grape seed oil soothes and nourishes the skin, and helps with cell repair. Rich in vitamin E, it helps the skin achieve firmness and collagen repair. Grape seed oil is easily absorbed, which also adds to its effectiveness when it comes to reducing age spots, broken capillaries, sun burn, wrinkles, and stretch marks.
